1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Spectra AV (Subham Electronics), you agree to these terms. All rental equipment remains the property of Subham Electronics.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Equipment should be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

3. Rental Period and Late Fees

The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns will be subject to additional fees as determined by the rental manager.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
